Terms of Use
Effective date: August 4, 2026
These terms govern general use of this website. They are not a security-services contract — coverage begins only after management review, approval, and agreement on assignment terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Houston First Line Patrol website. By browsing this website or submitting a form through it, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
2. Website Purpose
This website provides general information about the commercial security services offered by Houston First Line Patrol and gives visitors a way to contact management or prepare a quote request for review. It is an informational and communication tool.
3. No Security-Service Agreement
Use of this website does not create a client relationship, and nothing on this website is an offer to provide security services on stated terms. Specifically:
- Submitting a form does not create a contract.
- Submitting a form does not guarantee staffing.
- Submitting a form does not guarantee availability.
- Submitting a form does not confirm coverage.
- Submitting a form does not guarantee pricing.
Security services begin only after management has reviewed the request, approved the assignment, and reached agreement with the client on coverage, staffing, scheduling, pricing, and other assignment terms, confirmed in writing or otherwise documented.
4. No Emergency Dispatch
This website is not an emergency-reporting or emergency-dispatch system. For an active crime, fire, medical emergency, immediate danger, or threat to life, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency authority.
Submitting a form on this website does not dispatch a security officer, a police officer, or any emergency responder, and it does not notify emergency services. Website messages are reviewed by management during the course of business.
5. Service Information
Service descriptions on this website are general and provided for information. Availability of any service depends on licensing, staffing, location, scheduling, assignment requirements, and management approval.
- Service descriptions, availability, and coverage areas may change without notice.
- Actual post orders, duties, patrol frequency, reporting, and coverage are determined for each assignment, not by this website.
- No security program can prevent every loss, crime, incident, injury, or interruption, and this website does not promise any specific outcome or result.
Obligations that Houston First Line Patrol accepts under a signed service agreement are governed by that agreement. Nothing in these website terms reduces those contractual obligations.
6. Quote Requests
An online quote request is a request for review only. It starts a conversation with management; it does not reserve officers or schedule coverage. Pricing, staffing levels, schedules, coverage scope, and assignment requirements are determined separately by management after reviewing the property and requirements.
7. Acceptable Website Use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or related infrastructure
- Use automated tools for abuse, spam, or bulk form submission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Introduce malicious code or harmful files
- Scrape or harvest content in a way that disrupts service
- Impersonate another person, company, or organization
- Submit confidential access credentials, alarm codes, or gate codes
8. Intellectual Property
The Houston First Line Patrol name, logo, website copy, page layout, and other original materials on this website may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse them without permission.
Third-party materials, fonts, icon sets, and platform technology used on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own licenses.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
This website relies on, or may link to, third-party services such as telephone carriers, email applications and providers, hosting infrastructure, mapping services, or social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them.
10. Website Availability
The website may be updated, changed, suspended, or taken offline for maintenance, technical work, or other reasons, with or without notice. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free website availability is not guaranteed. Security operations are scheduled and managed separately from website availability.
11. Disclaimer of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Even so, public website content is general in nature and may not reflect every assignment, property condition, legal requirement, licensing rule, insurance requirement, or operational circumstance.
Please confirm details with management before relying on website content for a decision about coverage for a specific property or project.
12. Limitation Related to Website Use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Houston First Line Patrol is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of this website itself — for example, a temporary website outage, a technical error on a page, or a form message that your email application did not send.
This section is limited to use of the website. It does not limit, replace, or modify the responsibilities of Houston First Line Patrol under a separately agreed security-services contract, and it does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnification for Website Misuse
If you use this website unlawfully — for example by attempting unauthorized access, submitting fraudulent information, or introducing malicious code — you agree to be responsible for the reasonable costs and claims that result directly from that misuse. This provision is limited to unlawful misuse of the website.
14. Governing Law
These website terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any applicable law that provides otherwise. No mandatory venue or arbitration requirement is imposed by these website terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised as website functions, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. When they are revised, the effective date shown at the top of this page is updated. Continued use of the website after a revision indicates awareness of the current terms.
16. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is applied only as far as it lawfully can be, or removed if it cannot be. The remaining terms stay in effect.
